Chops Beef Jerky Sweepstakes are sponsored by Chops Snacks, Inc. (“Sponsor”). This sweepstakes is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor, are final in all respects. The sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
ENTRY: There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter or win this sweepstakes. Participants enter the sweepstakes through various marketing channels. You may enter for a chance to win up to 3 times daily. You may also receive an extra entry for sharing the sweepstakes with other Facebook friends as well as Instagram. Any participants discovered purposely creating or using multiple Facebook or Instagram accounts to enter the sweepstakes will be disqualified.
ELIGIBILITY: Participants must be legal U.S. residents and are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of January 1, 2017. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each participant.
ENTRY PERIOD: Entry period will be 12:00am Est October 2, 2017, ending at 11:59 pm Est November 2, 2017. After the closing date no further entries to the sweepstakes will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any reason.
WINNER SELECTION: All eligible entries received during the Entry Period will be gathered into a database at the end of the Entry Period. A winner will be chosen at random.
PRIZE: The winner will receive a 3 month supply of beef jerky. One Variety 4-pack will be delivered weekly to the winner. Chops Snacks, Inc will ship the prize to the winner at no cost.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be announced through email as well as a post on the Sponsor Facebook Page within 10 days after the Entry Period ends. The winner will have 48 hours to contact Sponsor to claim the prize. To claim the prize, the winner should reply back to the email notification the Sponsor sends. If the winner does not claim the prize within 48 hours of the announcement, Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
1. Sponsor is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any participant by any third party connected with this sweepstakes.
2. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
3. The Sponsor’s decision in respect to all matters to do with the sweepstakes will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
USE OF SWEEPSTAKES INFORMATION: Sponsor reserves the right to use any and all information related to the sweepstakes, including comments provided by the participants on the sweepstakes post, for editorial, marketing and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law or against Facebook Terms and Conditions. Participants are providing this information to Sponsor and not to any other party.
NOT ENDORSED BY FACEBOOK: By participating in this sweepstakes, you acknowledge that this sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and release Facebook from any and all liability arising from or related to this sweepstakes. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the sweepstakes will be directed to Sponsor, not Facebook.
CONDUCT: All participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or amend the sweepstakes and these Official Rules without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Sponsor’s control. Any changes to the sweepstakes will be notified to participants as soon as possible by Sponsor.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected posts, comments or Likes or for any computer, online, or technical malfunctions that may occur. If for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, Sponsor may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Participants further agree to release Sponsor from any liability resulting from, or related to participation in the sweepstakes.
