Dusty, the founder and head jerky man, has worked in the food and beverage industry since the 1980s. His love for customer satisfaction and products that deliver happiness began with Coca-Cola, and has continued to this day with Chops Snacks. Dusty is a native of Port Angeles, Washington and relocated to metro-Atlanta. He is the mastermind behind all things pertaining to customer satisfaction and flavor perfection with Chops.
Luke, one of the three young guys behind the energy of the Chops team, may be only 20 years old, but his love for jerky goes way back to making homemade venison jerky when he was a mere 6 years old. He likes to think he's part of the "Quality Control" team for Chops, but that's really just his excuse to eat Chops Jerky all the time. Luke speaks five languages (six if you let him count the "language of good food") but still reverts to his North Georgia roots whenever home from college.
Aaron is from St. Catharine's, Ontario and loves eating beef jerky in order to satisfy his hunger after working out. He enjoys endurance activities such as rowing, cycling, running and weight-lifting. Aaron also loves hiking, so Chops is the perfect snack to have packed away for long days away from home. He loves that the brisket Chops uses remains tender and moist unlike every other jerky brand, as well as being MSG-free and all-natural. Aaron insists that Chops can be the cleanest, healthiest, and most socially responsible jerky on the market.
